KairnexEvidence workspaces are opened individually for approved pilots. Workspace members and outside reviewers receive an access key and instructions for their role.
There is no public sign-up. Opening the workspace without an invitation does not grant access. If you have not received one, send a short pilot request first.

Who receives access
Each person gets only the access needed for their part of the review.
Kairnex verifies the workspace, sign-in path, customer organization, and reviewer boundaries before any invitation is issued.
Customer or outside reviewer
Outside reviewers receive a focused read-only view or packet supplied by the customer organization.
Approved mobile user
The companion app can connect to an existing workspace after mobile access is approved.
New team
New teams begin with one real customer or review request and a written definition of what the pilot should prove.

Existing users should follow the invitation they received. New teams can send the deadline, who is asking, and roughly how much material is involved. Never send passwords, access keys, or private customer records through a public email.
